13.1. Subscription Plans and Billing
13.2 Subscription Plans: Purearth Evolution Ltd offers a subscription plan for powdered kombucha products on a 30-day recurring basis.
*30% OFF YOUR FIRST TWO MONTHS when you subscribe to a subscription as a new user/customer.
13.3 Billing: Subscribers will be billed according to their chosen subscription plan on a recurring basis (30 days) using the payment method provided during signup.
13.4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
13.5 Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the Subscriber. The renewal will be billed to the payment method on file unless updated by the Subscriber.
13.6 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the “My Account” facility on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.
13.7 Payment and Pricing

14.1 Shipping: We will ship products according to the subscriber’s subscription plan and shipping preferences. Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly communicated during checkout. 14.2 Delivery: We aim to deliver products within the specified timeframes, but delivery times may vary depending on the subscriber’s location and other factors beyond our control.
14.3 Product Quality and Returns
14.4 Quality: We ensure the quality of our powdered kombucha products. If a subscriber receives damaged, defective, or incorrect items, they must contact customer support hello@purearth.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.
14.5 Returns : Upon receipt of your delivery, please check over the goods thoroughly. If you believe your delivery is damaged, been tampered with, defective of quality or not the correct item, we will happily offer an exchange or refund. Please do contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@purearth.co.uk.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived and you have checked the corresponding tracking details (which we sent via email), please do get in touch at hello@purearth.co.uk. Don’t worry, we will happily assist.
If you order our products by mistake, change your mind, or no longer want them, returns and refunds are accepted at our discretion. There will however be a charge of £3.49 deducted from any subsequent refund amounts.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened.
