STANDARD DELIVERIES

Please note: DPD have recently changed the way their deliveries operate, they no longer allow delivery notes from third parties, if you want to request a safe space please do so through the DPD app or through the tracking link you will get the day before your delivery.

At Purearth we want to make sure you receive your delivery safe and sound.

Please make sure that we have your correct delivery address and delivery instructions. If you are not available to receive your package yourself, we are happy to send the package to an alternative address or please ensure that our courier will be able to leave the box in a secure and safe place for you.

AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Due to the August Bank Holiday and our courier availability please see below for our delivery availability:

  • Monday 22nd August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Saturday 20th August. 
  • Tuesday 23rd August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Saturday 20th August. 
  • Wednesday 24th August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Monday 22nd August. 
  • Thursday 25th August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Tuesday 23rd August. 
  • Friday 26th August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Wednesday 24th August.
  • Saturday 27th August: AVAILABLE, order cut off 11:59pm Wednesday 24th August.
  • Sunday 28th August: UNAVAILABLE.
  • Monday 29th August: UNAVAILABLE.
  • Tuesday 30th August: UNAVAILABLE.
  • From Wednesday 31st August: Back to normal deliveries Monday – Saturday.

  • Friday 26th August: 1 – 4 DAY START DATES AVAILABLE, last day to order 11:59pm Tuesday 23rd August.
  • Saturday 27th August: 1 – 3 DAY START DATES AVAILABLE, last day to order 11:59pm Wednesday 24th August.
  • Sunday 28th August: 1 – 2 DAY START DATES AVAILABLE, last day to order 11:59pm Wednesday 24th August.
  • Monday 29th August: 1 DAY START DATES AVAILABLE, last day to order 11:59pm Wednesday 24th August.
  • Tuesday 30th August: UNAVAILABLE.
  • Wednesday 31st August: UNAVAILABLE.
  • From Thursday 1st September: back to normal, if you wanted to start on this day, your order cut off is 11:59pm Monday 29th August.

Delivery Charges

•  We currently offer FREE standard delivery on ALL orders*.

*for Premium Delivery Zones, there is a £20 delivery charge per delivery.

Delivery Timings

Once you put your delivery postcode in at the checkout the calendar or drop-down list will show you all of our available start/delivery dates. You will then receive a breakdown of all your deliveries in your confirmation email – so please look out for this!

We currently offer deliveries Monday-Saturday for all postcodes with the addition of Sunday evening for our Inner London Postcodes.

Please note: we currently don’t ship to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland (full list below ) – please get in touch, if you wanted to place an order and we can see if there is anything we can do.

Order/Delivery Amendments

Whilst we cannot guarantee that requested changes can be made to an order, if you do have an enquiry regarding changing, cancelling or postponing your order, please get in touch at [email protected], no later than the following cut offs:

  • Monday deliveries: no later than 3pm on the Friday before.
  • Tuesday deliveries: no later than 3pm the Friday before.
  • Wednesday deliveries: no later than 3pm the Friday before.
  • Thursday deliveries: no later than 3pm the Tuesday before.
  • Friday deliveries: no later than 3pm the Wednesday before.
  • Saturday deliveries: no later than 3pm the Wednesday before.

No change will be made unless you have received written confirmation from our team.

CLEANSE DELIVERIES

Our Cleanse deliveries are all worked out based on the length of cleanse you choose, our production days, our shelf life and your postcode, therefore it is essential that you start your cleanse on the start date you have selected at the checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email, any earlier or later will result in the delivery schedule and shelf life of the juices being incorrect for the duration of your cleanse.

We cannot accept responsibility for you starting your cleanse earlier or later than the start date selected at the checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email, any amendments to orders will carry a £3.60 admin fee and cannot always be guaranteed due to when our production is locked.

MERGING DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLEANSES

If you wanted to complete a 5 day cleanse, comprised of two or more of our different cleanses, please place these cleanses on separate orders, this is to ensure that all of your days do not all arrive in one go. i.e. if you wanted to do a 3 day Alkaline cleanse followed by a 2 day Medicinal Cleanse (therefore a 5 day cleanse all together), please book your 3 Day Alkaline Cleanse in one order to start on the intended start date, and then book your 2 Day Medicinal Cleanse in another order to start on day 4, i.e. if you wanted to start on the 2nd , you would book the 3 day cleanse to start on the 2nd and then your 2 day cleanse on the 5th

We cannot accept responsibility for customers placing multiple cleanses in the same order, any amendments to orders will carry a £3.60 admin fee and cannot always be guaranteed due to when our production is locked. 

BOOKING A LONGER CLEANSE

If you wanted to book a longer cleanse, please  place the consecutive orders on separate orders as our system will automatically work out your deliveries based off your start date and postcode. If you have any issues, please get in touch at [email protected] before you place your order and we would be happy to help you. i.e. if you wanted to do a 14 day cleanse starting on the 2nd, book one 7 day cleanse to start on the 2nd and then one 7 day cleanse in a separate order to start on the 9th.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We cannot be held liable for late shipments but will always endeavour for your package to arrive on time and assist you with any queries and updates. Please let us know on the same day you were expecting the delivery, if you are experiencing any delay.

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. Please note, Purearth production and customer services do not have access to the ‘Delivery notes’ section you see in ‘step 2 – Delivery’ when processing orders. This section is to be used for notes that feed directly to our couriers and not our team “delivery instructions for our couriers ie request a safe space or how to find your house”.

In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or other place specified to us or damaged while there, we do not accept liability and will offer compensation only at our discretion.

If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements – we reserve the right to charge you for your cleanse programme in this event.

If we are unable to deliver to you or for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or road works we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.

We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

We are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address.

Excluded Delivery Postcodes:

Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Mainland areas that are a 2-day delivery service, Jersey, Guernsey.
