PRE-CLEANSE – Arrange a comfortable start date where you are not too engaged with other commitments. We recommend starting on a date where you are not too busy. We’ll safely prepare you for your detox — whether you are a beginner to cleansing or a detox veteran, we’re here to guide you step by step.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a preparation guide via email to help you best prepare for your cleanse and set yourself up to achieve optimum results.
THE CLEANSE – Your cleanse will be delivered to your selected address in a cool box with your cleanse guide and daily plan. It is a good idea to fully read the guide prior to starting the cleanse.
Try to slow down during your cleanse and take time for yourself. This will assist the detoxing + healing process. Gentle exercise such as yoga and walking are recommended but do take it easy in the first couple of days.
POST CLEANSE + AFTER CARE – Your cleanse guide includes information on how to gently transition back to solid food after breaking your cleanse. It is good to fill your fridge with some fresh green juices, low sugar fruit and easily digestible vegetables. Feel free to call or e-mail us any questions or concerns you might have. We have a support team of qualified people to give you additional expert care and attention. To extend your juice benefits we recommend limiting dairy, wheat, red meat, soya + refined carbohydrates, sugars and processed food.
